As the annual event of the auto parts industry in the Yangtze River Delta, the Ningbo International Auto Parts & Accessories (Import) Import & Export Fair has been successfully held for three sessions, directly or indirectly resulting in a transaction volume of more than one billion US dollars. With the help of the International Auto Parts Import and Export Fair On a platform, Ningbo has gradually become the east gate of domestic auto parts companies and the status of the global auto parts procurement center has gradually emerged.
China Iron & Steel Auto Parts Co., Ltd. has purchased a large purchase order of RMB 200 million to entrust Ningbo Automobile City with concrete implementation, and will purchase auto parts, tires, and automobile accessories, etc., for the use of subordinate automobile repair networks. Next year, the procurement of China Railway Auto Parts will expand to 500 million yuan. In addition to China Railway Auto Parts, Shanghai Dongfang Auto Parts City and Geely Group also announced the procurement of commodities catalog on the day before. The total purchase amount exceeded RMB 500 million.
As an important R&D and production base for the domestic auto parts industry, in recent years, the Ningbo auto parts industry has developed rapidly, with an average annual growth rate exceeding 20%. Ningbo now has more than 3,000 auto parts manufacturing companies, accounting for 40% of Zhejiang Province, of which 624 above-scale enterprises.
