In the market inspection, we found that many inferior Auto Parts products have entered the car maintenance enterprises in large numbers. There are a few car repair companies that are also victims, but many are due to maintenance companies buying low-priced auto parts. What's more, some maintenance companies knowingly have fakes and knowing that the quality of the product is poor. The city's technical supervision department will intensify investigations and handling of this, including strengthening the inspection of auto parts used by auto maintenance companies. Once it is found that procurement, use of counterfeit or substandard auto parts, it will be punished as illegal sales.

The qualified rate of supervision and spot checks for automobile maintenance and auto parts quality is not high. Among these problems, there are the problems that the technical standards are not matched, the law enforcement supervision is not strict, the penalties are not enough, and the quality awareness of the operating companies is not strong, the internal management is chaotic, and the maintenance quality is controlled. Various regulations and systems have failed to implement, or even have no rules to follow. For this reason, I hereby make the following comments.

If the rectification has not yet been carried out, it must immediately analyze the reasons, formulate practical and feasible rectification plans, and appoint special personnel to supervise the implementation. The rectification report shall be submitted to the Quality Supervision and Administration Department of Nanjing Technical Supervision Bureau within two months. The rectification report on vehicle maintenance shall also be copied to the Vehicle Maintenance Management Department of Nanjing Transportation Bureau. All projects involving the control of human health, safety of personal property, and other national mandatory standards are judged as unqualified. In addition to actively stepping up efforts to do a good job of rectification, enterprises should seriously cooperate with technical supervision and administrative law enforcement agencies to investigate and punish them in accordance with law. Any unqualified auto parts product must be immediately stopped for sale. After the quality is confirmed, the safety supervision department shall go through the approval procedures of the technical supervision department. For unqualified products imported from foreign countries entering the city once again, they must go through the formalities for inspection and inspection at the Quality Supervision and Administration Department of the Technical Supervision Bureau. The sales unit can approve the report and pass the inspection report to the sales office. The entrusted inspection report is invalid.
